Review: Perfect for under airplane seats! - I didn’t have super high hopes for this due to the price. I figured there was no way it could be as good as advertised in that price range. I was wrong. I had wanted a rolling bag with structure, as I needed a way to bring my DSLR camera bag on trips without packing it in checked luggage. This is well-made, very sturdy. It is exactly the right size, fitting under the seat in front of me even on a small Air Canada plane. It has good, thick material and the zippers work well. It looks professional, and I love that the entire front unzips for easy access. There are several pockets that help me organize, and the wheels are fine so far. They aren’t spinners, but as I usually hook this on top of my main suitcase, that isn’t a huge issue.

**Q: Does it have a strap on the back so you can slide it over a larger piece of luggage? If yes, how wide is the strap?**
A: There is a strap that is 4 cm x 28 cm on the back that can be slipped over a larger bag's telescope handle.

**Q: Can you use this as a carryon plus a personal bag such as a small backpack on an airlines?**
A: I took a larger carry-on bag, and used this as my personal bag, since it fits under the seat.  Didn't receive any flack from either United Airlines, or Delta for having both bags on their flights.

**Q: Will in fit under seat on Delta?**
A: It will not fit under all the seats on Delta. They have added electrical boxes under at least one seat on every row. The boxes house the wiring used to provide extra access to plugs and ports. The bag needs to be one inch narrower to fit now. Have not had problems with this size bag in Delta Comfort but definitely have in the main cabin.

**Q: Is this 14 height??**
A: Even though you scolded the other person who asked the height,  I'm glad for the answer because I too was wondering if the 15" was height or width.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Terrific bag!

My mother and I each have one of these bags, and took it to the UK for two weeks. We absolutely loved it! Only two suggestions that I would recommend. There is a strap that velcros down, so that you can slip the bag over the handle of another bag, and I would have placed this lower and doubled the width, for more stability. Also, the wheels aren’t spinners, but directional. Those two small changes would make this the best bag that I have owned. It holds plenty, I haven’t had a problem with pockets tearing, and the quality of the fabric is great! We were both surprised with how much it held. Fit nicely under the seats of all the planes that I was on during this trip. There were six planes and it went under every seat easily. I really recommend this bag!
