Incredibly it has an extended open time (20-30 minutes) but cures hard within 60 minutes for a fast return to service and emergency repairs. It sticks great to metals, fiberglass, tile, wood and some plastics such as ABS and rigid PVC. Formulated to adhere to wet, dry, and submerged underwater surfaces. Review: Repaired Chipped Fibreglass - Purchased this epoxy putty 2 years go to fix a chip on the fiberglass of my caravan. it's easy to work with and gets the job done fast. The repair also appears to be holding up really well over time. It also amazes me how it hasn't solidified in the tube even after all this time! Review: Seems to work. - So far this has held up nicely. I used it to repair a water butt, the tap had come loose at the the thread end and there was no other way to repair it... One cannot reach it from the inside and a new tap was no good as the barrel part had been stripped. I know that patching from the outside is iffy due to adhesion forces required to keep water in is immense and whether it would stick to both the barrel and tap due to the plastic types was a gamble, but it seems too have paid off. Although I've not had a full barrel of water to test it under true pressure, it hasn't leaked at around 1/4 full. It has yet to go through the test of winter frost etc but has held up the last few months. I think you will need a latex based product. **Q: Would this fix to concrete outside** A: Please take a look at PC-7 paste epoxy, which depending on your project, you may find to be a more suitable product for your needs. The PC-7 is heavy duty with excellent tensile strength. It is tough stuff and can be shaped with your fingers . I wore vinyl protective gloves to do the job. As soon as I noticed this greyish colour I removed the epoxy from my sink because I thought it would be more noticeable than the chip. But this is great epoxy otherwise! It's very soft, so it's easy to mix. Very easy! Other brands I've used are much stiffer and contain little solid chunks that are difficult to mix, but this one is the best I've ever used. The 'workable' time is also a bit longer than other brands so you have more time to reshape.
