They have have gone above and beyond to rectify their mistakes. I have to say this purchase has gone from one of my worst customer service experiences to probably the best I have ever had. I have changed my review from 1 star to 4 based on this. “Stopped working after a month or two with temperatures fluctuating between 16 degrees and 43 degrees C. Tried to contact customer service for refund or replacement and they made it near impossible to do asking for videos in use showing error etc that it just got tiresome trying to sort. They were hinting at user error which it was not.
