I am a 32A cup. I have used these for dresses, tops, strapless everything! As a small chested woman, I have used all kinds of bras and inserts haha. These are by far the best. Adds easily 2 cup sizes without looking or feeling ridiculous, super comfy, and no sweaty silicone! They are so undetectable. I’ve been asked if I got a boob job by friends haha. Double Scoop should make these in an adhesive form for backless dresses and I think I would be their #1 customer! Just FYI- these are not adhesive, you insert them into your bra.
