Review: Can take 12 weeks to notice a difference - 8 weeks to work on normal hard water but if it’s very hard water can take longer and you may have to buy 2 of these , I notice after 10 weeks the shower gel I used I could reduce the amount I was using so I descaling all the appliances like kettle etc and so far no hard water unlike before and you never have to replace them or clean them BUT remember it’s NOT going to change the water teste just the hard water side as you will need a water filter for the taste.
