It is really visible under clothes (I feel it makes my belly even bigger) but also makes it hard to actually sit down . Not sure what I was expecting but this product does not work for me. And when worn contantly it does bring your post pregnancy belly back to it’s normal size however the fabric is way too bulky and isn’t comfy.
