I was hoping the manufacturer would send me a replacement zippered case as it's part of what I paid for, and I could use it. The Amazon site links don't get me to the vendor company. The amazon complaints links only offer to return or replace, but I don't want to return the pillows. I like them a lot. Maybe someone will notice this and send my request to the vendor. Or at least give me a small partial refund. (I'll add that ordering through Amazon generally works very well for me. The convenience is appreciated.
