The price is really my only concern, as the quality seems to be on par with your no frills basic heavy duty tie down straps. The hooks felt solid, the straps are woven nylon and look like they should support the claimed 1,000lb work load. The ratchets are all metal and function as expected. The ratchet motions could be smoother and the release could be less knotchy, but they work just fine. Not premium quality, but good quality. The problem is they are priced above premium quality.
