The only comparative difference is the rather cheap stand which is handy and clever but still made of plastic. They could design a much better stand like a full movable lamp stand that firmly attaches to the panel and people would be glad to pay several times more for this product! However, this minor inconvenience is worth it! If you want a a light attached to a solid movable, metal frame for use in a medical office, and want to spend $5,000 (at least) then by all means look into Healite. Doctor's will charge you $50.00-$100.00 per session! If you just want the infrared and red light panel for home use this is by far the best option I could find. The panels are lightweight and contain 75 Red light diodes and 75 infrared diodes on a flat panel made from composites.
