The colour is a deep yellow which I've come to associate with better quality ghee — and the texture at room temperature is exactly what you'd expect from something genuine. Not overly runny, not weirdly solid. Melts well in the pan without burning too fast. My only note would be that the jar could be slightly easier to open, the lid is a little stiff, but that's a minor thing. Overall very happy with the purchase and will reorder.

The colour is a deep yellow which I've come to associate with better quality ghee — and the texture at room temperature is exactly what you'd expect from something genuine.
