I set a timrer for 5 minutes, and after that it wouldn't budge. I did also poke it after around a minute and it was already hard. - Liquidy, it isn't goopy at all and application isn't too hard. - Application was very easy. - Pigment, very pigmented - If you put more than 2 layers it doesn’t chip (I’m wearing two layers and it hasn’t chipped in four days) CONS: - The picture I posted was two coats of thin application. It's not as jelly/translucent as it seemed online. - One layer is jelly. Two layers is pretty opaque.
