After speaking with a neurosurgeon he said I should sleep at a 30° angle so the fluid drained. Since purchasing this pillow I have used it twice and have not woken with a headache . So thank you very much. Excellent product.. Update April 26. Still fantastic for allowing my fluid on the brain to drain whilst asleep.
