Review: Works as intended - They’re great! I found that if you’re still feeling pain even after the inserts are used, the shoe itself has lost its ability to provide support. It’s not meant to “revive” old worn down shoes. It supports exactly where I need it and plan to get a higher arch on in the future because I am a flat foot dealing with plantar fasciitis. Figured it would help to provide more arch support and help with the pain.
