That wasn’t the case with this pool cue, the packaging it came in was great and well protected, tip came in good condition and the shaft wasn’t warped. I’ve used it twice now and I was worried that it would have a hollow feeling, but it actually feels great. I was contemplating on buying a new tip since everyone said that it comes with a medium harder tip, but I decided to wait and see how it was and it’s just fine for me.
