I didn't think a running vest was for me so I tried out the pulse belt (small size), and loved it. The front zipped pocket stores my phone, keys, running gels, and a creme egg. Back pocket is open but nothing ever falls out of it - I use it to store my windproof. Can hold a surprising amount of stuff and doesn't feel overly bulky. My only issue with it is that occasionally it will ride up if im wearing a certain material for leggings, even with the grippy material on the inside of the belt. This only happens occasionally and when wearing more slippery material, so I know not to wear together. I am a size 10 woman, and it fits very comfortably around the waist.
