Goes on and is immediately dry. Can't be rubbed off and stays put until washed off with soap. It didn't transfer to my clothes (even when I put on my coat over my painted arms). I sponged it on and it went on evenly with great coverage. I managed to spill some in the sink and on the bathroom floor and it cleaned off easily. Brilliant product.
