Had a little bumpy experience with the Cable Company at first (Spectrum). Called them for setup, telling them I was replacing my current modem with this one. They said they couldn't 'see it on their end'. While on hold I held down the reset button on back for 20 seconds and when the agent came back to the line we were good. The unit works great. Both the hard wired devices and ones on wi fi are getting a strong signal in the house from one end to the other, no dropouts, resets, nothing! Great experience, great price!
