Arrived in a sturdy box, all I had to do was clip on the footrests and it was good to go. Very comfortable (I happily used it as an extra chair in my mum’s care home room) and very manoeuvrable. Fits into a VW Polo boot and it’s quite easy to lift in / out as not too heavy. Delighted with this for the price and lovely to have a choice of colour too.
