I've been a member of several gyms with steams rooms and used them all and still use the one at my gym. I bought this for days when I don't feel like going to the gym to steam... i will admit, the quality is so so and it should only be used indoors on smooth floors because they bottom can tear easily. You have to use care when zipping and unzipping it because I can tell if you don't that the zipper can rip. I recommend washing the fabric in a clothes washer on the delicate cycle for the wash and full spin for the spin cycle after a few uses so that your body sweat doesn't stink it up. The steamer unit works just fine but you have to clean the inside bottom regularly to prevent it from rusting.. I sit Indian style in it on the floor and cover the head hole with a towel so my lungs get steam but the chair they provide is small and kinda uncomfortable. For the price, I think it's worth it. MAKE SURE YOU DON'T THROUGH AWAY THE INSTRUCTIONS. IT'S A LOT EASIER TO REASSEMBLE IT WHEN YOU HAVE THEM. OTHERWISE IT'S LIKE A 3D PUZZLE. AND PURCHASE A BIG DUFFLE BAG TO STORE IT.
