It is perfectly safe as long as you dont have any pre existing ear conditions or an infection. Ease of use: Product is very simple to use. All you have to do is mix 2 tsp of white vinegar with very warm but not hot water. If water is cold or hot your equilibrium will be thrown off, and you may become dizzy. Then attach the tip to the hose. You may need to trim the tip. You may want to buy an ear basin. I bought an ear basin and ended up not using it, opting for just leaning over the sink. Personally, my ear that had a large plug of wax took about 1/2 to 3/4 of the solution for it to become unclogged. Using a wax softener may be helpful Comfort: You shouldn’t feel any pain when inserting the tip. If you have size-able wax build up there will be a lot of pressure until the wax releases causing some discomfort. I irrigated my own ear, in order to maintain safe control over the product. It is highly possible that you experience irritation from the flow of water. My right ear was so clogged that i regained a lot of hearing. I believe this increased audio input which resulted in a mild headache Summary: Overall i would highly recommend this product. Maybe not completely worth the money for one use. It comes with 5 tips though, which means you can get 5 uses out of it.
