The actual pendant has just enough weight to it to be pleasant but not overwhelming. And it certainly helps that the colors are exactly what I was expecting! They matched the pictures perfectly. These were helpful in giving me something else to put in my mouth when I do that. They tend to run small and could be a potential choking hazard. The next time I buy a set of these I will probably get something longer and slightly less thick. I wouldn't recommend these for teething purposes, for they may break easily.
