I wear a size 9 and the length is fine but they are wide thru the toe area. LOTS of extra room so it makes my foot appear bigger than it already is. I do not have a wide foot nor any bunions (sp?) But these shoes would probably be excellent for someone that had those conditions.. The sole cushion is adequate but not plush. The heel area fits well and is not wide like the toe area. One thing that will remain to be seen is how long the lacey inset lasts over the toe area. I can see this being a vulnerable spot for failure. The lace is only made out of fairly fragile string crochet stitch, so I suspect it would not last thru heavy wear. I'm surprised for the price of the shoes, the lace isn't sturdier material.
