Its a liquid gel form with kojic acid which is used to get rid of dark spots on the skin or to lighten the skin and make it even. SPF is not an option. you MUST use spf every single day no if ands or buts about it! I have ran a patch test for alllergies which i suggest others to do as well. Had no issue with this at all, i have used it on my face, elbows and on scars that have changed and darkened on my skin and this works wonders. It didn't happen over night, so don't expect it to work miracles but it does work! The product has no scent and i do wish it was sold as a two pack because of the effectiveness. Size is about right for the price point.
