Review: I used the iteam only a few times so far. The quality seems to be very good, it's sturdy and definitely does the job. Very easy to clean as it's steel and it stays hygienic, drying fast (compared to wood ones which I also own). It's also fairy big, so can squeeze quite a large quantity of tofu or other food. Good value for money, extremely easy to use. It would be even better a design where the pressure comes on more areas, rather than the centre only but it definitely does the job brilliantly! ## Features - 【Size】: 304 stainless steel tofu mold.
