    Won't fit a man let alone a women

It took the product 2 weeks to arrive. Purchased an XL size and there is not way that even that would fit around a normal sizer man. it is only 31 inches around. The shoulder straps are a good 12 inches to short as well to even reach the belt. Because it took so long to get it is no longer returnable. The straps only tighten or loosen 3 inches so its misleading as to the ability to change much. Do not purchase this item.
