Will this case hold a pen & 5 vials of insulin together with needles for 5 weeks abroad ? It does not hold the cold temperature at all, the packs melt straight away **Q: If i use both gels will stay cool for 3 days?** A: I think that it really depends on how hot it is. It easily stays cool for 2 days but have never tried it for three as usually find somewhere to re-freeze the packs.
