The bands work so much better. It is so simple to set up and can be used for various exercises. I was primarily interested in pull up assist and this was cheaper, seems really durable and has various sizes of bands. It doesn’t swing you forward and allows you to perform a pull up with good form. due to a surgery I haven’t been able to do pull ups but this will gradually get me there. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect for building strength in arms *by D***T on October 13, 2024* I have been trying to strengthen my shoulder since an injury.
