I was getting stiff knees (road cycling) & my sports physio suggested I get this supplement to help my knees & joints in general. I did, started on three tablets a day for a month then went to two a day. They certainly worked, these are another batch as I'm just about finished the other bottle. I'll buy again when I need some more. Excellent product.
