The other end has a hose that goes into growler for filling. Perfect and easy solution to fill your growlers from bottom up. *Fits well on most standard American faucets. This little miracle is the perfect combination of simplicity and functionality. I have an Edgestar kegerator, with two spouts. I don't know the model. This little revelation fits directly into the tap. It takes a good push--which I assume is tantamount to a good seal. I filled a bottle with with 14 PSI--about 10 more than I've been filling. In days prior, even with 4 PSI, I saw foam the likes of a high tide--beyond obnoxious. With this device, even with the excessive PSI, there was very little foam.
