After numerous false alarms, we contacted the seller through desertcart and their website but did not receive any response. On several occasions, it took us over an hour to turn the device off (while the loud alarm goes on ). Eventually, we opened it to remove the batteries and found water inside. We missed the return deadline by three days, and now the seller is not responding to our warranty claims or requests for repair or replacement of the pool unit. Considering the price of the product, we expected better quality and customer service. Update: customer support replied when contacted via their website and offered refund (subject to us paying for the return postage).

**Q: How can I troubleshoot initial Wifi connection?**
A: 1. Ensure the BCone app is updated to latest version and charge unit for 5 minutes 2. Make sure no special characters in wifi name or password 3. Turn off the home unit by pressing the PWR button for 3 seconds 4. Restart router 5. Turn home unit on

**Q: How do I test that the alarm is correctly triggered?**
A: Turn on the alarm and wait 20 seconds. Use a 4 gallon jug of water or 3-one gallon jugs tied together. Push it from the pool deck at the farthest location from the alarm. The alarm will sound a couple of seconds after the water action arrives to it.

**Q: What if the test doesn't trigger an alarm?**
A: Make sure to locate the pool unit at the center of the pool. Raise the sensitivity level (e.g from 3 to 4). If the pool is larger than 20’X40’, it is recommended to add an additional pool unit.

**Q: How can I avoid false alarms?**
A: Attach pool unit with the provided attachment kit to pool side. Pool unit location should be far from pump outlets and skimmers Remove any floatings from the pool. Reduce Pool Unit sensitivity from App. Use DND to avoid false alarms during the night.

**Q: When should I replace the batteries?**
A: All batteries are included. Home Unit battery: Rechargable, no need to replace. Pool Unit battery lasts up to 18 months and replaced easly with 2 standard AA Alklaine Batteries. For best performance, we recommend using Lifebuoy AA Batteries.

We used the bcone for a few days before it started turning on by itself, even when the home device and app were off. After numerous false alarms, we contacted the seller through Amazon and their website but did not receive any response. On several occasions, it took us over an hour to turn the device off (while the loud alarm goes on ). Eventually, we opened it to remove the batteries and found water inside. We missed the return deadline by three days, and now the seller is not responding to our warranty claims or requests for repair or replacement of the pool unit. Considering the price of the product, we expected better quality and customer service. Update: customer support replied when contacted via their website and offered refund (subject to us paying for the return postage).
