Read the reviews on the internet about the problems with this model. This thing FILLED it's sim card all by itself in 2 hours of use and burned up 4 gigs of my 5 gig data plan in just 2 hrs of very low end data use! Then it tells you there is an 'alert' with no way of determining what the alert is about, unless you set up a myVerizon account. Then you find out the alert is about the filled-up sim card, even though you have no messages or anything else you put on that sim card. The reviews for this go back years detailing the exact problems I had with this 'thing'. Sent it back for a refund! Glad to be rid of it! Absolutely wasted my time and money.
