Sipping Broth Our turmeric-ginger infused Organic Chicken bone broth is a favorite at our NYC-based shops and now it’s available in a convenient, single-serving pouch which can be stored right in your pantry! We take meaty, collagen-rich chicken bones, blend them with vegetables and aromatics including turmeric and ginger, and simmer them slowly into a delicious, nutrient-dense bone broth that you and your family will love. Organic Whole 30 Approved Keto Certified Paleo Certified Industrialization in the 20th century made it easier and cheaper to make broth, but also eliminated everything that was wholesome about it in the first place. Here's how Brodo is different We use quality bones. We get all of our bones from cooperatives and family farms. All of our beef bones come from 100% grass-fed animals raised on pasture and are free of antibiotics and hormones. Our poultry is certified organic and raised on pasture. They are fed a vegetarian diet free of GMOs, antibiotics, chemical fertilizers, and pesticides. Meaty and diverse cuts, always. To make a truly rich, complex broth, we insist on cooking with meaty cuts of the animal, not just bare bones. This broth is very good! It is very soothing, and tastes like my home made broth. I opened a packet, but decided to wait and have it that evening, so I put it in the refrigerator in a pint jar. That evening I got it out to pour it into my soup cup and it was completely jelled just like my home made broth which tells me it was prepared properly. I don’t have access to organic beef, chicken or turkey in my area, and if I did we all know it is expensive! I consider the price to be fair. Also, it has been very beneficial for the heartburn I was experiencing! Thank you Brodo!
