I was right in my decision to buy this product as I am very happy with how they work. I love their conveniency and how easy they are to use. The number of batteries they use is also appreciated, every other product I looked at required 6 batteries per grinder, but 4 batteries per grinder is much better. I also love the different settings the grinders have for both the salt and pepper. The added lights also add to the aesthetic of the product. From the moment the package was shipped, the seller was in contact with us with usage information of their product, which was very appreciated. I was also pleasantly surprised after receiving the product by a free gift that the sellers were giving away, which was unexpected and very kind of them. In that case, one of them broke when I opened it to refill it. But I liked the overall design as well as the rubber caps to keep the salt and pepper from “shedding” onto the table, so I sent them back and they were replaced promptly.I noticed one of the new grinders seemed to go through batteries very quickly. So I kept replacing them as needed. Shortly after replacing the batteries for the fifth time in less than a year (and I don’t use them all that often), the grinding slowed down so much that nothing would come out. Even with new batteries, it struggled to operate, then finally just quit.On the other hand, the second grinder would start grinding but not stop. The activation button on top would jam in the ON position until I could manage to maneuver it off.I love this style of salt and pepper grinder, and I’m sure I will replace these.
