It's so good, I have bought a second one and even a third to give to a friend, also with IBS.So far, I can't find anything wrong with it. The XL version holds about 2 cups of water and is easy to squeeze. It cleans very well, although sometimes requires a refill but that's no problem. It's also easy to wash after use -- just soap and water cleans it up fine, followed by a good rinse and let it dry. Yes, it might take you a little more time in the bathroom, but if you have IBS or IBD -- you're going to do that anyway.I like the feeling of cleanliness HappyPo provides. I use A LOT LESS toilet paper and I don't have to scrub delicate skin either. Also, it's very easy on your toilet and plumbing -- no more throw tons of TP down there and furiously flushing and flushing. If you have a need for this type of product, it is absolutely worth the cost in my opinion. I do own a cheaper one and it's okay, but this is my preferred one. It is absolutely worth the cost -- it makes life easier, it makes an unpleasant task easier, and it substantially reduces the amount of TP I use.
