私は、都内在住の市民ランナーです。今までロングランをする際にランニングポーチを使用しておりましたがどうしても腰回りが気になり、更に２０、３０キロ近く走ってくるとポーチが上がってくるので思い切ってベスト型のサックを購入しました。数多くのレビューに揺れない、収納スペースがたくさんあるとポジティブなことしか書いておらずサイズ感の細かいことは記載がなかったので以下書きます。まず、私のスペックはアラフォー細身体系のおっさん、５４ｋｇの１７０弱です。これを見た皆さんは、Sでしょと思われがちですが、私は細見体系ですが肩幅が身長１８０ｃｍ近い方と同じくらい広いです。スーツを購入する際には、毎回、オーダーメイドにしてくださいと言われます（肩幅でジャケットを選んでもズボンが合わず、逆にウェストサイズで購入すると肩が合わないので）。早く長距離を走りたいので余計な筋肉をつけまいと、筋トレはしておりませんが、ガリガリではなくいわゆる細マッチョ体系になっております。多分骨が太い分そう見えるだけかと。。ブログ、ユーチューブ、Salomonのウェブサイト等と胸囲をベースにサイズが出されておりました。私の胸囲は90cmです（予想ですが、上記スペックと比べると少し胸厚です）。日本のランナーのブログでも同じくらいの体系の方がSを購入しぴったり！と仰っておりましたので私も迷わず、Sを購入しました。ぴっちピッチです。。正直コルセットってこういうものなのかなって思わすほどきつく感じます（MAXで緩めたとしても）。そのため、Mを購入しました。Mのほうがまだゆとりができ、左程きつさを感じませんでした。私が言いたいのは、平均的な体系であれば、胸囲サイズをベースに購入しても問題はないかと思われます。ただ、筋トレ等をして腕や肩に筋肉がついている方、私のように生まれながらにして身長と比べ肩幅が広い方は、胸囲サイズよりも１つ上をお勧めします。ちなみにですが、Sを購入した際にソフトフラスクではなく通常のポカリのボトルを二つボトルホルダーに入れましたが、「圧迫感」しか感じませんでした。私は、ランニングメインで利用予定ですので、前のポケットしか利用しない予定です。後ろの収納部分に荷物を入れる場合ぴったり！よりも少しゆとりのあるサイズ感にした方がいいと思います。
