The product is excellent - I have used it to rescue many a grubby white item, and it works well on colours without any fading or fabric degradation. I found it worked best when sprinkled onto the item placed in a washing up bowl and poured very hot water over the item. This created lots of bubbles and cleaned away all of the stains. It is very good for an overnight soak prior to a wash in the machine. The powder lasts ages and I wouldn't go back to any of the retail oxiclean powders.
