Clearly the people answering don't know the difference between stroke length and needle depth lol. Mast does have a cordless machine with adjustable stroke, but the archer is not it. **Q: What can I use to clean it ?** A: This should be wrapped to protect it from bloods borne pathogens. Do not use in direct contact with anything that has touched the tattoo or gloves. Tried to charge but was unsure if it was charging ### ⭐ Disappointing *by on Reviewed in Canada 26 November 2023* Stopped working the same day I got it. Was disappointing as it worked REALLY well for the first 15 minutes before it went into error. I let it charge for a few hours but the next day it still wouldn’t run. Ended up returning this product. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Not impressed. *by on Reviewed in the United States 1 April 2026* Archer 5 star doesn’t get a five star. Purchased based on reviews and track record but did not deliver. Machine seems well built with some awesome features for the price point. This thing is loud and the mechanism used to adjust needle hang doesn’t do this machine justice. When adjusting the needle it reaches a point that not matter how much you twist the grip it will not retract the needle forcing the artist to float not to cause trauma. This also causes ink flow issues. I’ve tested multiple needles from high end to budget with the same results. Machine seems to have some kind of “give” feature built in that seems very inconsistent. I may have gotten a defective product but Amazon didn’t give me the option to replace the item. I really wanted to like this machine but I guess I’ll never understand the hype because I would not risk another purchase.
