Review: Good so far - So far I’m happy with this product. Installation: This unit was mostly straightforward to install using videos and reviews available online. There are a few mistakes that can slow things down. First - be very careful to not strip the bracket screws when removing the starlink black box. The bracket needs to be removed for the box to fit back in. Use the correct size Phillips driver or it will strip the screw head. Second, to use the OEM USB port make sure to order the adaptor mentioned in the other reviews and plug it into the USB2 connector on this head unit (not USB1). Otherwise the connectors are impossible to mess up because they only fit in one place. Whole process took me about 3 hours including research and prep. Performance: so far the head unit seems to be good. It can play 1080p videos from YouTube, access the google play store, and gets great sound quality. The bluetooth wireless airplay sometimes disconnects randomly but is strong most of the time. I’m told the mic quality is not very good on calls. Service: Cheney is very responsive and extremely helpful. I messaged with 2 questions and the team was able to help me fix them within minutes. Overall the product looks good and performs well.

The only (very small for me) drawback is the fact that you can't reuse the existing USB port without buying an adapter. On my non premium Outback 2015 I only had to plug a few cables, and everything worked perfectly. Android Auto sometimes has troubles communicating wirelessly with my Android cell phone, but it is quite a common issue. The screen is sharp and the system is responsive enough. All in all I am very pleased with this purchase.

**Q: Is it possible to use my original Microphone when install this Android head unit ?**
A: Our head units don't support integration with the factory microphone. However, they all have an in-built microphone.and we did provide external microphone with the package and you can choose one of them to use

**Q: Is this Android system can work with facotry backup camera ?**
A: yes for most cars factory backup camera can be retained directly via plug and play harness, for some car it may need extra 12V to 6V step down module to make original backup camera working.

**Q: does my steering wheel control functions still work ?**
A: yes, for car without canbus harness it is need go to "SWC" app to program and make SWC working

I was afraid of losing functionnalities, but the product works as advertised. The only (very small for me) drawback is the fact that you can't reuse the existing USB port without buying an adapter. On my non premium Outback 2015 I only had to plug a few cables, and everything worked perfectly. Android Auto sometimes has troubles communicating wirelessly with my Android cell phone, but it is quite a common issue. The screen is sharp and the system is responsive enough. All in all I am very pleased with this purchase.
