The smell of this is really pleasant and she doesn’t react to it. I wrap her up in a towel with just her head popped out the top and she will let me use this and the ear cleaners that fit into your finger and had even been known to purr a little bit! On a couple of occasions when she has shaken her head afterwards, large pieces of black wax have flown out. Afterwards she no longer shakes her head and even though she is a bit silly the head shaking stops.
