Review: A Beautiful, Generously-sized Tub - This tub is the centerpiece of our recently remodeled bathroom, and I highly recommend it for anyone who has the room -- and strong floor -- to accommodate it. This is a large and heavy tub: almost 283lbs empty, and about 990lbs when filled to capacity... so have your installer check to see if your floor needs reinforcing. It doesn't look heavy though, with it's graceful curves and an elegant design that's also functional and ergononomic, i.e. easy for this 70-ish senior to get in and out of. I noticed that some other reviews complained about the tub not retaining heat. We have not experienced that issue ... the water stays nice and hot for at least 15 or 20 minutes, which is plenty long enough for our bathing needs.

A similar tub that was only 65" at a local home remodeling store was $3300.00 (contractor discounted) plus $250.00 delivery fee. This was half the price PLUS free shipping. Very happy.

I’m very happy with this 43" Stone Resin Japanese Soaking Tub. When we first unboxed the tub, we unfortunately found that it had a crack from shipping. I contacted customer service and they were fantastic. They responded right away and issued a refund so I could reorder the tub immediately. They handled the return quickly so the replacement could ship faster, which I really appreciated. The new tub arrived and it’s perfect. The quality is great, and it fits wonderfully in our wet bathroom. It’s deep, comfortable, and exactly the style we were looking for in a Japanese soaking tub. Great product and excellent customer service. I’m very happy with this purchase.
