**Q: how to use it?**
A: Damp the tip of the nail whitening pencil and just run it along the underside of the tips of your nails.

**Q: Parcel delivered to wrong address**
A: No.  Delivered to correct address and on time.  Item in perfect condition and as expected.

**Q: How can it be removed after applying?**
A: It’s not permanent. You moisten the tip of the pencil and run it under your nail tip and after a while it just wears off. Washing your hands for instance would get rid of it.

**Q: Does it come off when you wash your hands ?**
A: No it does stay on for a few washes. Obviously if you nail scrub it will wash off. I find I have to reapply each morning. Hope that helps
