I read the complaints made in poor reviews prior to my purchase. I do not know why people have had problems. The installation and set up was a breeze. I bought the one with 10 magnetic sensors and a motion sensor. The 10 sensors were already linked to the control center. I deleted all of them and linked them one by one giving them an appropriate location name and installed each one after it was linked, one by one. Everything went smoothly and no problems so far. It is a lot different from the traditional wired alarm that I used to have but this one is way simpler and easy to use.
