The Mead seems like a thick high-quality material. Initially, I was disappointed with the performance, but then I realized the wick needs to soak for longer than one hour before it is saturated enough to maintain a continuous burn. However, the next day I had no problems with the wick going out when the wind picked up. The base is very stable, I’m not worried about the wind or someone bumping a table or my ‘s tail Knocking it over.The ideal placement is creating a perimeter of torches around the area you are going to be in when you’re outdoors and it kept most flying insects, including mosquitoes away from the area. I’m very impressed. For our needs I think this product is a good size be careful not to overfill as stated in the instructions. I really like how the seller gave you everything you need to use this product like a funnel two extra wicks a glove, the gloves cotton I prefer that it was rubber because the citric can still seep through the cotton, but it was a nice added touch on the sellers part. I highly recommend this product. they are a very good value for the money and you get torches for the price , I’m using this product in the forest near a river where mosquitoes are pretty intense this time of year and it kept us from having any problems with mosquitoes. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ LOVE THESE!! *by A***A on August 12, 2024* Love these tabletop torches.
