A: To me, more like American size tapas bowls

**Q: Are these bowls lead free? Where are they made?**
A: They are food grade porcelain—of course they’re lead free.

**Q: How many ounces will this bowl hold.?**
A: Word of caution - these are TAPAS bowls - not pasta by my definition - I would say they probably hold 16 fluid oz or two cups.  I kept them and bought their actual pasta bowls which hold a great deal more.

This set is excellent size for dessert and cereal.  Made of durable porcelain and the different colors make them very attractive.  I bought 3 sets.  One for me and two to give away as gifts because they also liked them and wanted them.  So we obliged.

I absolutely love these small bowls. Royal Doulton never disappoints when it comes to dishes. The entire London 1815 collection wonderful. The pastel colors are beautiful. These are very sturdy and easy to clean.

I got myself a set of these bowls a few years ago, and like them so much that I ordered another set as a Christmas gift for my daughter-in-law.  They are such a perfect size for ice cream, nuts, and other snacks, and since they stack so nicely, they do not take up much cupboard space.  The various colors of the bowls add a bit of fun as well.
