Review: Happy little mug, DON’T LEAVE TO SOAK - Got this for my brother in law who loves a mug as Christmas! We used to watch the joy of painting, so when I saw this mug I had to get it. It was amazing!! Heated up and a wonderful background appeared! My sister who isn’t one for doing the washing, left this mug in the sink to soak the tea which had only just been finished. When the mug was pulled out 3 hrs later..... I know! The mug was destroyed and no longer worked. She replaced it for him/me, this one doesn’t get left to soak

**Q: When will the item be in stock again?**
A: Thanks for reaching out! We are hoping to have it back in stock before the end of the year.

**Q: The film has started peeling off the top, but the color still changes underneath. How important is the top layer/could I remove it?**
A: This my second color changing mug with Bob Ross.  The first one, unfortunately, went through the dishwasher which is a big no-no.  It lost its protective film and soon the color changing went, too.

**Q: Many customers have complained of chipping and peeling. Has this problem been resolved?**
A: Hi,
The mug was a gift, but the recipient hasnt complained, so far ( it has been 6 weeks), and I think he would let me know if there had been problems.

**Q: Will you have it back in stock for christmas?**
A: Yes we have it back in stock!...  It became available again tonight... but will be depleted quickly...
