## Overview

The Ryonet 20" x 24" 230 Mesh Aluminum Screen (2 Pack) features pre-stretched mesh on a durable aluminum frame, designed for manual presses. This industry-standard size ensures compatibility and high-quality results, all while being proudly made in the USA.

## Description

Ryonet provides high quality aluminum pre-stretched screens in various sizes and mesh counts. All aluminum frames are extruded with the highest grade aluminum and hand welded right here in the USA to ensure a strong structure and durable life. The 20" x 24" size is currently the industry standard for manual screen printing frames. 230 mesh is used for finer detailed images and thinner inks. This mesh size can hold larger half tone dots but isn't recommended for four color process prints or fine detail half tone printing. Printing through higher mesh counts will let less ink through the screen, giving you a much softer feel on the shirt.

We typically order directly from Ryonet but have always had trouble with delivery times. We love their products, but they often sell items that are out off stock or on backorder. Which causes problems when running a business. We ordered these screens using Amazon Prime and they arrived next day for an extra $12. The screens are perfect and worked great. We are planning on ordering more.

I used to buy screens similar to these locally, but my usual supplier was out-of-stock, and I needed some in a pinch, so I bought these. They were packaged safely and delivered with care, and I was pleasantly surprised by how tough they are (put both screens through a pretty rigorous semester of pulling). I definitely recommend these.
