First the left side broke and the ear bud wire would only stay in. Took some tape pulled it out and taped it so it would stay out. Then the next thing that happened is the sound quit in the right side. If I wiggles the wire at the bud sometimes I could get sound. Now yesterday I can't get sound from the left side either. I"m not a happy camper. I was wonder if the wire would brake when the ear bud retracted and it did. Didn't expect the thing not to be able to not stay out. Will not buy again, NO WAY these are $100+ headsets lol*UPDATE*You can and will get a refund, after about 3days and several confusing, misleading emails. Obviously I don't like the product anymore than before my refund but atleast they are willing to refund money for any defective merchandise.
