I am 34D and ordered a Medium. If you are looking for a super sexy top that still comes off as classy, this really fits the bill. The front is a deep V and is not a true adjustable wrap. The tie closure in the back does not tighten the front part of the blouse. The V neck is much deeper than in the product photo, as the top does "fall open" a bit. I suppose you could pin it to be more conservative but that is not really the point to this top Lol. It is a sexy date-night blouse, not office wear. Expect to do cleavage checks through the night or wear double sided tape to keep the girls in! (Wow factor is well worth the trouble) I would not recommend for small breasted women because the front has a very loose draping to it. It is on the thin side, but does not seem to be see-through.
