It’s very stable. I really had to work to get the lawn mower blades loose. The Mojack held our zero turn and riding mower still the whole time I was pulling with a cheater bar to break the blade nuts loose. Smooth operation and plenty of capacity to lift either mower. I bought wall hooks from Amazon and hung it on the wall so I don’t loose floor space.
