Hier meine Erfahrungen:Die Schüsseln bestehen sind nicht - wie erwartet aus Bambus -sonder sind bestehen aus Hardplastik. Und zwar aus Melamin-Formaldehyd-Kondensationsharze. Es sollen wohl Bambusfaser reingemischt sein, damit diese Schüsseln als Bambus-Schüsseln verkauft werden könnenHier drei Gründe, diese Schüsseln nicht zu kaufen:Recycling-------------Melamin-Kunststoff nicht ökologisch abbaubar und sehr schwer zu recyceln. Normalerweise wird reines Plastik im Recyclingprozess zerkleinert und dann unter Hitze umgeformt. Melamin-Kunststoff kann zwar zerkleinert werden, dann aber nicht mit Hitze umgeformt werden.Gesundheit - Temperatur------------------------------Ab einer Temperatur von 70°C setzt Geschirr aus Melamin die Bestandteile Formaldehyd und Melamin frei. Für beide Stoffe wurden gesundheitsschädliche Wirkungen nachgewiesen. In der Beschreibung steht auch, dass die Schüsseln nur bis 70°C im Geschirrspüler gespült werden dürfen - vermutlich aus diesem Grund - denGesundheit - Fette und Salz--------------------------------Auch säure-, fett- und salzhaltige Lebensmittel lösen Melamin und Formaldehyd aus dem Melamingeschirr. Vor allem wenn sie lange fettige oder salzige Soße beinhalten, erhöht sich die Wahrscheinlichkeit. Aus diesem Grund ist wahrscheinlich die Holz-Folie aufgeklebt, damit das Öl aus dem Salat nicht direkt in Kontakt mit der Schüssel kommt und so kein Formaldehyd auslöst.Fazit-----Ich werde meine Schüssel entsorgen.
